Clay Faces Workshop (11/4, 10am-12:30pm)
In this 2.5 hour workshop, Jenna will teach you the ceramics hand-building techniques you’ll need to make your own clay vessel with a sculpted face! You can make a mug, bowl, plate, vase, whatever you’d like!
This is a beginner level workshop, no prior ceramics experience is required.
Techniques we’ll cover: pinch pots, coiling, “scratch & slip” attachments.
Each student will pick one glaze color for their piece.
Jenna will take all the pieces to her studio where she will handle finishing/trimming, bisque firing, glazing, and the final glaze firing (labor included in price).
You’ll be able to pick up your creation from her 3-4 weeks from class (depending on how long they take to dry!).
